Phase 1: Planning and Land Acquisition (Oct 2024 - Mar 2025)

• October 2024:

  • Initiate project planning and detailed engineering.

  • Hire project management and engineering teams.

  • Conduct initial site surveys and assessments.

• November 2024 - January 2025:

  • Finalize architectural designs and blueprints.

  • Secure necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.

  • Plan and schedule construction phases, considering monsoon seasons.

• February - March 2025:

  • Prepare the land for construction.

  • Set up temporary on-site facilities for construction teams.

  • Begin purchasing adjacent land to expand the project to 18 acres.

Phase 2: Site Engineering and Infrastructure Development (Apr 2025 - Aug 2025)

• April - August 2025:

  • Develop main roads within the property.

  • Install water pumps and establish water supply systems.

  • Set up electric house and power supply units.

  • Lay sewage lines and water drainage systems.

  • Plot the land for 54 homes and common areas.
